Water Soluble Topping
Water soluble topping is to be used on the top of textured textiles, such as fleece and towels.
The topping keeps the fabric smooth whilst embroidering to prevent loose parts of the fabric poking through the stitches. Simply disolves in cold water after embroidery is completed.
